The Unseen Threads -
Cords & The Seven Powers
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
cutting the cords to what no longer serves us.
To begin seeing these forces more clearly, we first need a mirror…
Within the fabric of our lives, we are shaped not only by what we remember, but by what remains energetically bound to us.
These bindings, known as energetic cords, connect us to past relationships, identities, wounds, and patterns that continue to influence us long after their time has passed. They are subtle, often invisible, yet deeply impactful.
In the teachings of Mary Magdalene, these influences are understood as the Seven Powers: forces that move quietly through the psyche, shaping perception, behaviour, and emotional attachment.
They do not control us, but without awareness, they can feel as though they do.
When we begin to recognise these inner and outer forces, we step out of unconscious entanglement. Awareness creates choice. Choice creates movement.
And through that movement, we begin the rise of the fallen feminine not by force, but by gently cutting the cords to what no longer serves us.
The Mirror of Ophelia -
The Pathway Begins
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
the pathway of the risen feminine
In this work, Ophelia is not an identity to adopt, but a mirror to look through.
Within The Pathway of the Risen Feminine, she becomes a symbolic lens, a representation of the fallen feminine, allowing us to explore our own patterns at a safe distance.
Through her story, we witness the subtle ways power can be lost: through silence, conditioning, attachment, and emotional dependence.
Using Ophelia creates space.
Space to observe without shame.
Space to recognise without defensiveness.
Anyone can see themselves in her.
And anyone can choose to rise beyond her.
This is where awareness deepens, where we begin to see how the Seven Powers have shaped us, and where the first cords begin to loosen.
And once we see the cords… the natural next step is to release them.
The Release -
Cord Cutting as Reclamation
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
cord cutting is the practice of gently unbinding
Awareness naturally leads to one thing: the desire to release.
Because once we see the patterns, the attachments, the roles we have carried, we begin to feel where our energy is still tied to them.
Cord Cutting is the practice of gently unbinding those ties.
Within this work, it becomes a symbolic and energetic act of reclaiming the self from the influence of the Seven Powers.
Not to erase the past.
But to free ourselves from its hold.
Each cord released is a return of energy.
A quiet reclaiming of power.
This is the heart of the rise of the fallen feminine: choosing to no longer remain connected to what diminishes us, and consciously cutting cords to what no longer serves.
For those who feel called to go deeper, this process is explored more fully within my course.
For some, this work is not only something to understand… but something to step fully into.
The Threshold —
The Retreat Experience
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
The Threshold — The Retreat Experience
For some, this work asks to move beyond reflection and into embodiment.
The Rise of the Fallen Feminine Retreat is that threshold.
A space for women who are ready to stop being shaped by unseen forces, and start consciously choosing themselves.
If Ophelia’s story resonated, then you already recognise the quiet ways power can be lost.
This space is where it is reclaimed.
Where cords are not only seen, but felt, faced, and released.
Where patterns are no longer observed from a distance, but transformed from within.
This is not a passive experience.
It is the lived expression of the work.
The moment the rising begins in real time.
And once the work is embodied, it becomes something we continue to live…
The Continuation —
Living the Work
Every event we host is designed with intention, from the atmosphere we create to the way each session flows.
writing, reflection, and ongoing integration.
This work is not a single moment of awakening.
It is a continuous unfolding.
If something within you has stirred, if you feel the shift from awareness into embodiment, then there is a space for you to continue this journey.
My membership blog holds that space.
A place where the rise of the fallen feminine is lived, explored, and expressed in real time, through writing, reflection, and ongoing integration.
Here, we continue cutting cords.
We continue reclaiming energy.
We continue choosing differently.
Not as a final destination, but as a way of being.
Because this path is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you were, before you were bound to what you have now outgrown.
And rising, again and again, from that place

I use writing tools in the same way many authors, designers, and educators do, to help structure, refine, and articulate ideas that are already mine.
AI is a tool for expression, not a source of lived experience.
The voice, themes, and insights come from my own journey.
