The Unseen Threads -
Cords & The Seven Powers
They work subtly, shaping behaviour, clouding perception, and gradually entangling the soul in illusion.
cutting the cords to what no longer serves us.
Within the fabric of our lives, we are shaped not only by what we remember, but by what remains energetically bound to us.
These bindings, known as energetic cords, connect us to past relationships, identities, wounds, and patterns that continue to influence us long after their time has passed. They are subtle, often invisible, yet deeply impactful.
In the teachings of Mary Magdalene, these influences are understood as the Seven Powers: forces that move quietly through the psyche, shaping perception, behaviour, and emotional attachment.
Left unseen, they do not simply influence us, they can direct us. They shape our choices, our reactions, often without our conscious consent.
When we begin to recognise these inner and outer forces, we step out of unconscious entanglement. Awareness creates choice. Choice creates movement. And it is here, in this moment of seeing, that something new is born.
The Rise of the Fallen Feminine.
Not as an idea, but as a living reclamation. A return to the self that was never broken, only bound.
A sacred process of gently, consciously, and unapologetically cutting the cords to what no longer serves us, releasing the grip of inherited patterns, outdated identities, and unseen forces that once directed our lives from the shadows.
A quiet uprising of the feminine that no longer abandons herself to survive, but chooses, instead, to rise through release.
To begin seeing these forces more clearly, we first need a mirror.
The Mirror of Ophelia -
The Pathway Begins
A spiritually informed self-development workbook, born from lived experience and guided by the deeper wisdom of Mary Magdalene.
the pathway of the risen feminine
The Pathway of the Risen Feminine is a reflective and spiritually informed self-development workbook, born from lived experience and guided by the deeper wisdom of Mary Magdalene. At its core, it offers a pathway into self-awareness, emotional integration, and personal growth, through understanding the unseen forces that shape our inner world. To make these forces visible, I turn to William Shakespear’s, Ophelia. Not as an identity to adopt, but as an artistic and symbolic lens. Through her story, we are given something rare: distance. A gentle buffer that allows us to witness ourselves without defensiveness, without shame, without the instinct to turn away. It creates space to explore complex emotional realities with honesty, while still feeling held in softness and care.
We begin by observing how the Seven Powers move through her life, quietly shaping her choices, her relationships, her sense of self. And then, we turn inward.
Ophelia’s story may be fictional, but the patterns within it are not. They continue to move through modern life, shaping behaviour, identity, and perception in ways that often go unseen.
Like Ophelia, many people suffer not because they are weak, but because they are navigating these unseen dynamics without the tools of awareness or discernment. Through this lens, her story becomes more than a narrative. It becomes a mirror. A way to recognise where power has been lost, where cords have formed, and where the influence of these forces still lingers within us.
This is where awareness deepens. And where the first threads begin to loosen.
And once we see the cords, the natural next step is to release them.
The Release -
Cord Cutting as Reclamation
A conscious act of returning your energy from all that has held influence over you.
cord cutting is the practice of gently unbinding
Once you see the patterns, the attachments, the roles you have carried, you no longer experience them in the same way. You begin to feel where your energy is still bound, where something within you is still tied to what you have already outgrown. And from that awareness, a natural impulse emerges: To release.
Cord Cutting is the practice of gently unbinding those ties. Within this work, it becomes more than a ritual. It is a conscious act of reclamation, a returning of energy from all that has held influence over you, whether through attachment, conditioning, or deeper karmic entanglement.
Not to erase the past. But to loosen its grip. To stand in the present, unbound. Each cord released is not a loss, but a retrieval. Energy returning home. Power re-entering the body.
This is the heart of The Rise of the Fallen Feminine: no longer remaining connected to what diminishes you, but choosing, with clarity, to cut the cords to what no longer serves.
I created a course to guide you through a range of cord cutting practices, from ritual and meditation to visualisation techniques, allowing you to release energetic ties in ways that feel both grounded and intuitive. You will learn how to care for yourself after release, how to process what surfaces, and how to rebuild from a place of emotional integrity rather than depletion.
This is not only about letting go. It is about what comes after.
You will develop the tools to create and maintain healthy energetic boundaries, to integrate these practices into daily life, and to move through relationships with greater clarity, self-awareness, and resilience. As the work deepens, you will begin to access more profound layers, releasing long-held attachments and karmic connections, while strengthening your ability to remain rooted in your own energy.
This is where Cord Cutting evolves from a practice into a mastery. A way of living. A way of choosing. A way of returning, again and again, to yourself.
For some, this work is not only something to understand, but something to step fully into.
The Threshold -
The Retreat Experience
This is not a passive experience. It is the embodiment of everything that has been revealed.
The Threshold — The Retreat Experience
For some, this work does not wish to remain in reflection. It asks to be lived.
As awareness deepens, as the threads begin to loosen and the cords reveal themselves more clearly, there comes a point where seeing is no longer enough. Something within you is ready to move.
The Rise of the Fallen Feminine Retreat - is that threshold.
A space for women who are no longer willing to be shaped by unseen forces, who recognise the influence of the Seven Powers not as distant concepts, but as lived experiences that have touched their identity, their relationships, and their sense of self.
If Ophelia’s story stirred something in you, then you have already felt it, the quiet erosion, the subtle giving away of power, the moments where something within you knew… and was not followed. This space is where that changes. Where the mirror is no longer observed from a distance, but stepped into. Where cords are not only seen, but felt, faced, and consciously released. Where what once operated in the shadows is brought into the body, into awareness, and into transformation. This is not a passive experience. It is the embodiment of everything that has been revealed.
A space where awareness becomes action. Where release becomes lived. Where the feminine no longer adapts to survive, but rises through reclamation.
And once the work is embodied, it becomes something we continue to live…
The Continuation -
Living the Work
A personal corner of my writing, where reflections, stories, and guidance unfold as they arise.
writing, reflection, and ongoing integration.
This work is not a single moment of awakening. It is a continuous unfolding.
If the workbook, the reflections, or the rituals stirred something within you, if you feel that quiet shift from awareness into embodiment, then you may be ready for a space where this exploration continues in real time. My membership blog holds that space. A personal corner of my writing, where reflections, stories, and guidance unfold as they arise, not as something perfected, but as something lived.
Here, we move within the rise of the fallen feminine, exploring shadow work, spiritual growth, and the quiet reclamation of the self as it happens.
We continue cutting cords. We continue reclaiming energy. We continue choosing differently. Moving with the rhythm of lived experience and inner guidance, sometimes reflective, sometimes raw, always alive.
Step inside, read, and walk alongside me in this ongoing journey of awakening and self-discovery.
