The Unseen Threads
Cords & The Seven Powers
A quiet uprising of the feminine that no longer abandons herself to survive, but chooses, instead, to rise through release.
There comes a moment when familiar patterns no longer feel invisible. Where something beneath the surface begins asking to be seen more clearly:
the attachments, the emotional ties, the identities carried through survival rather than truth.
In the teachings of Mary Magdalene, these unseen influences are understood as forces that quietly shape perception, behaviour, and emotional attachment when left unrecognised.
And as awareness deepens,
something begins to loosen,
The possibility of release.

Cord Cutting as Reclamation
the gentle practice of unbinding
A conscious act of returning your energy from all that has held influence over you.
Releasing the energetic ties that continue holding influence over the inner world:
attachments, conditioning, emotional entanglements, and patterns that no longer align with who you are becoming.
Within this work, cord cutting becomes more than ritual.
IT BECOMES A RETURN OF ENERGY TO SELF.
A quiet process of recognising what no longer feels aligned, loosening the emotional threads that continue shaping the inner world, and reclaiming the parts of yourself that became bound through survival, attachment, or unconscious repetition.
Not simply to let go. But to return more fully to yourself.
To see these forces more clearly, lets turn to a mirror.

REFLECTION
THE RISING MAGDALENE
A quiet return to the inner world.
A reflective workbook exploring A JOURNEY from fragmentation into awareness, integration, and return.
This work begins with a subtle shift in awareness.
Not always of the outer experience, but of what has been shaping you beneath it.
The patterns you adapted to, the emotional responses you learned to carry, the parts of yourself formed through survival, protection, and experience.
Through guided reflection and structured self-inquiry, The Rising Magdalene offers a space to observe your inner world with greater clarity, gentleness, and understanding.
Not as something to fix. But as something to finally meet more honestly.
And from that awareness, something begins to soften.
And from here, a retreat opens - where release can be experienced.

EMBODIMENT
The RISE Retreat
The Threshold -
For some, this work does not wish to remain in reflection. It asks to be lived.
As awareness deepens, as the threads begin loosening and the cords reveal themselves more clearly, there comes a point where seeing is no longer enough.
Something within you is ready to move.
THE RISE RETREAT
- is that threshold.
A space where awareness becomes embodied. Where release becomes lived. Where the feminine no longer adapts in order to survive, but begins returning consciously to herself.
Not through performance, but through presence. Not through becoming someone new, but through reclaiming what was never truly lost.
This is not a passive experience. It is the embodiment of everything that has been revealed.
And once the work is embodied, it becomes something you continue to live…

Continuation
LIVING THE WORK
writing, reflection & ongoing integration.
A personal corner of my writing, where reflections, stories, and guidance unfold as they arise.
This work is not a single moment of awakening. It is a continuous unfolding.
My membership journal holds that space. A personal corner of my writing, where reflections, stories, and guidance unfold as they arise, not as something perfected, but as something lived.
Here, we move within the rise of the fallen feminine, exploring shadow work, spiritual growth, and the quiet reclamation of the self as it happens.
Moving with the rhythm of lived experience and inner guidance, sometimes reflective, sometimes raw, always alive.
Step inside, read, and walk alongside this ongoing journey of awakening and self-discovery.
