HALO..

  • Optimal Ophelia has been quietly unfolding for several years now, born in the aftermath of what I can only describe as a profound period of perceived Divine Intervention during one of the most difficult chapters of my life.

In the midst of collapse, something within me refused to disappear.

    Regardless, I chose to rise.

Through that process, I felt guided toward the soul and teachings of Mary Magdalene and the deeper psychological and spiritual work they awakened within me. What began as a search for understanding slowly became a process of reclamation.

I released the cords and attachments to the life I once knew and devoted myself fully to this work, which has since evolved into a living expression of healing, reflection, inquiry, and inner transformation.

A space devoted to the ongoing process of returning to self through awareness, radical self-honesty, and the courage to look within.

  • As someone who was forced to begin again, rebuilding my inner world from the ground up, I chose to place spiritual foundations beneath the life I was creating.

It was through this process that I came to believe the teachings of Mary Magdalene and the understanding of the Seven Powers offer an important beginning point for anyone seeking to consciously reclaim themselves.

Before we recreate our future, we must first understand what has been quietly shaping us beneath the surface.

To explore this, I created Shaping The Soul, a symbolic self-inquiry course using Ophelia from Shakespeare’s Hamlet as a reflective mirror.

Not as a woman to be judged or dissected, but as an archetype through which we can safely witness our own emotional patterns, conditioning, attachments, and survival responses with greater honesty and compassion.

By translating her story into modern emotional experience, the Seven Powers begin to reveal themselves not as distant spiritual ideas, but as living forces shaping relationships, identity, perception, and behaviour in everyday life.

Through this lens, Ophelia transforms from tragedy into revelation.

And in seeing her more clearly, we begin seeing ourselves.

  • Understanding these inner forces is more than insight.

    It is remembrance.

The gradual return of the feminine to herself.

And the discovery that peace, wholeness, and the Kingdom of Heaven were never truly outside of us, but waiting beneath the noise, conditioning, and fragmentation that obscured them.

Inspired by my own healing journey toward inner peace, I created The Rising Magdalene, a reflective workbook exploring awareness, emotional integration, symbolic inquiry, and return.

Perhaps something within it may help you find that same remembrance within yourself.

  • One day, my hope is to open a retreat space devoted to the healing principles, practices, and forms of inner work that became deeply meaningful throughout my own journey.

A place where reflection becomes lived experience.

Through expressive writing, symbolic exploration, creativity, ritual, stillness, and emotional awareness, the intention would be to create an environment where women feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves beyond survival, performance, or conditioning.

    Not to become someone new.

But to return more fully to who they already are.

  • Having moved through profound personal trauma only to emerge more grounded, balanced, and self-aware than ever before, I feel deeply called to become a gentle light for others navigating their own darkness.

With this intention, I created a membership journal, a personal corner of my writing where reflections, stories, insights, and guidance continue unfolding in real time, not as something perfected, but as something lived.

Within this space, I share the ongoing process of transforming shadow into strength, reclaiming inner authority, and alchemising life experience into deeper awareness and meaning.

My hope is that this work may serve as a sanctuary for those seeking to reconnect with themselves, reclaim their inner kingdom, and remember that even in the darkest seasons of life, something sacred within them still remains.

And if anything here offers comfort, clarity, or meaning, all glory belongs to God, who held my hand throughout every part of this journey.
