As the day of release comes to a close, we gather around the fire to gently open into the heart.
Cacao is offered as a supportive element — not to alter, but to soften. To bring warmth into the body, and to create a quiet sense of openness within the space.
Nothing is required.
Only a willingness to arrive as you are. -
Seated around the fire, this becomes a space of gentle connection - with yourself, with others, and with what is moving within you.
There is no pressure to share.
No expectation to feel a certain way.Just the steady presence of the fire, the body, and the moment.
